Our client, a leading company in the food processing industry renowned for producing high-quality cold cuts and fresh meat, is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Human Resource Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of HR operations, policies, and procedures. This individual will work closely with the CEO and other department heads to foster a positive and productive work environment

Job Responsibilities.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    Coordinate recruitment activities to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
    Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into
    the company culture.
  • Performance Management
    Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee contributions and
    identify areas for improvement.
    Develop and manage performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Employee Relations
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
    Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement and wellness
    initiatives.
  • Training and Development
    Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and
    productivity.
    Facilitate leadership and team development workshops.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and
    benefits.
    Benchmark and review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
  • HR Systems and Data Management
    Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems.
    Generate HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resource management, or related fields
  •  3 to 4+ years of Human Resource Management within a fast-paced environment, handling a workforce of 200 or more staff. 
  • Past experience with payroll or managing budgets
  • Good interpersonal skills and responsive demeanor
  • Professional, organized, and can multitask
  • Ability to manage conflicts at work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Should be a patient listener
